Slightly golden colour. Expressive wine, with melted oak. Nice unfolding in the mouth. Terroir of rolled pebbles, under clay-limestone soil. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. The roussane is stirred with its fine lees for about ten days to bring more complexity.
