Slightly golden wine, elegant, delicate nose of fresh mango, white peach, vanilla. Soft palate on candied chestnut. Also from southern grapes, this wine was partially fermented in a demi-muid in order to be aged on fine lees with batonnage; this practice, widely used in Burgundy in particular, increases the volume in the mouth and the aromatic bouquet.
