Dark dress. Expressive wine, on crème de cassis, violet. The palate is round and fresh, with a tight finish. Fermentation by indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, without sulphites. The wine is aged with a high CO2 content to maintain the aromatic burst. For this same reason, conditioning takes place very early in the season.
