The robe is a beautiful straw yellow color with green highlights. The nose is intense with a mixture of vanilla, toasted and lemony notes. The palate is supple and suave, and expresses itself on a wide aromatic palette, with mineral notes, buttered bread and spices. The finish is peppery, spicy on a hint of vanilla with very long tannins, synonymous with great aging potential.
